With over 25 years of experience in labor and social security law, she regularly advises legal and human resources departments of national and international companies.
Her practice includes advising on labor matters, corporate restructuring and reorganization, transfers of establishments, labor litigation, and assistance in disciplinary proceedings.
She has worked at Tier 1 law firms, both national and international, and participated in the drafting of the 2003 Portuguese Labour Code. She is a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops on Labor Law.
