With more than 20 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, corporate restructuring and insolvency, Pedro focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international, as well as on corporate restructuring and insolvency. Pedro also has extensive experience in labour law, working with corporate and institutional clients.
Pedro has worked with several national and international law firms, where he built solid experience in his practice areas.
Pedro was a consultant at the Office of Legislative Policy and Planning of the Ministry of Justice, SIMPLEX project manager at the State Secretariat for Justice, and consultant to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. In 2021, he founded ec legal.
